Cecilia was absolutely amazing. Calm, friendly, reassuring, and guided me through the process of replacing my stolen passport with good humour and professional expertise. In 30 years of travelling, I’ve never had my belongings lost or stolen, and hope this will never happen again, but it’s reassuring to know our wonderful Australian embassy staff are there when we need them in a moment of crisis.
